1.Bevel edge design:
In order to keep the pogo pin plunger 100% working with the barrel,We process the position of the contact between the pin plunger and the spring into an inclined plane,This design ensures a steady current
product advantages:
Resistance small with current stability,Close contact is guaranteed.

2.The steel ball design
This is mainly to allow a large current to pass through
Add steel ball between pogo pin plunger and spring
The steel ball makes it easier for pin plunger to come into contact with the barrel

3.Drilling design
This design is the best choice for small size connectors,In small size can meet the needs elastic force request of the customer
Because of this design the length of the spring can exceed the length of the barrel.In the case of limited design space
We dug holes inside the Pogo pin plunger to get more assembly space.To ensure the spring force requirements and stroke

4.Dip bottom design
This design is best for connectors that require a high degree of concentricity,Because the spring can be directly attached to the pin plunger.And the pin plunger is being pushed vertically,The probability of pin plunger swinging is reduced
